In 1980, armed with the original Mr. Beef on Orleans secret Italian beef recipe,

Lou Bosco’s dream of becoming a restaurant owner became a reality.

An Italian immigrant who understood the importance of hard work and dedication,

Lou began his successful journey.

The first Mr. Beef & Pizza opened in Arlington Heights,

with locations in Park Ridge and Mount Prospect to follow.

 

A family run business,

Lou’s legacy continues with his daughters and son-in-laws running day to day operations.
